The present thesis aims to explore the primary school teachers’ opinions of Drama concerning the multicultural skill of the school counselor within the context of the class. The findings of this research show that the teachers’ attendance in seminars concerning the counseling and multicultural management of the students has a severe impact on their perception of the school counselor’s counseling skills. The factors influencing the opinion that the teachers hold regarding the counselor’s intercultural skill are the following: their participation in seminars concerning intercultural class management, the counselor’s general intercultural awareness and skills as well as his awareness on giving counseling. One last factor seems to be the awareness of the existing obstacles related with the fulfillment of the counseling services. The research tool used for the purposes of this study was the Greek translation of the MCCT questionnaire (Multicultural Counseling Competence and Training) of Holcomb- McCoy & Meyers (1999) employed by Moutou’s research in 2012, which was paraphrased in the third person so as to cater the purposes of the present survey.
