Η χρήση των γεωργικών μηχανημάτων από άτομα με ειδικές ανάγκες (Bachelor thesis)

This thesis broaches the matter of farmers' disability and their relationship with agricultural machinery. Firstly, the terms "disability" and "assistive technology" are clarified as the basis for the project's advancement. An overview to the past concerning the first organization actions that had the goal of disabled farmers' rehabilitation and the first types of lifts on tractors are mentioned. The ability to move to the field and then from there to the machines is a topic well discussed. There is reference to examples of assistive devices which are placed on the machines to facilitate their handling by farmers with difficulties. Emphasis is placed on the offer of the AgrAbility program and a survey is introduced, which is based on the disabled farmers with whom they collaborated. The importances of the safety of assistive technologies to avoid secondary injuries but also the factors that can contribute to this result also mentioned. Greek legislation is presented for disabled farmers who wish to drive agricultural machinery, as well as data on health problems related to labor and industrial accidents in the agricultural branch.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία διερευνά το θέμα των αγροτών με κινητικά προβλήματα και τη σχέση τους με τα γεωργικά μηχανήματα. Αρχικά διευκρινίζονται οι όροι «άτομα με ειδικές ανάγκες» και «βοηθητική τεχνολογία» που αποτελούν τη βάση για την εξέλιξη της εργασίας. Ύστερα γίνεται μια αναδρομή στο παρελθόν για τις πρώτες κινήσεις οργανισμών με σκοπό την αποκατάσταση αγροτών με κινητικά προβλήματα και αναφέρονται οι πρώτοι βοηθητικοί μηχανισμοί που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν σε γεωργικούς ελκυστήρες. Γίνεται λόγος για τη δυνατότητα μετακίνησης έως τον αγρό και από εκεί ως τα μηχανήματα. Έπειτα αναφέρονται παραδείγματα βοηθητικών συσκευών και εξαρτημάτων που τοποθετούνται στα γεωργικά μηχανήματα για τη διευκόλυνση χειρισμού τους από αγρότες με δυσκολίες στα άκρα. Δίνεται έμφαση στην λειτουργία του κρατικού προγράμματος AgrAbility του Υπουργείου Γεωργίας των ΗΠΑ και παρουσιάζεται έρευνα βασισμένη στους αγρότες με κινητικά προβλήματα με τους οποίους συνεργάστηκαν. Τονίζεται η σημαντικότητα της ασφάλειας των βοηθητικών τεχνολογιών για την αποφυγή δευτερογενών τραυματισμών αλλά και οι παράγοντες που μπορούν να συμβάλλουν σε αυτό το αποτέλεσμα. Προβάλλεται η Ελληνική νομοθεσία για αγρότες με κινητικά προβλήματα που επιθυμούν να οδηγήσουν γεωργικά μηχανήματα. Τέλος παρουσιάζονται στοιχεία για τα προβλήματα υγείας που σχετίζονται με την εργασία και τα εργατικά ατυχήματα στον κλάδο της Γεωργίας.
