Ο ρόλος του συλλόγου των διδασκόντων στη λειτουργία των σχολικών μονάδων (Bachelor thesis)

The main objective of this work is to highlight the contribution and role of the Teachers'
Association in the administrative functions that are carried out within the school unit. An effort is
also being made to bring the areas of administration, which are either strong or weakened, to the
forefront.
A quantitative study was performed on a sample of 107 individuals. In more detail, the
survey was conducted using a closed-ended questionnaire and examined some elements, such as
gender, age group, years of service, studies, and employees' employment relationship. Concerning
the results of the research, it can be briefly said that the Greek educational system needs
organization, supervision and freedom of movement of teachers. Also, the school units do not
operate autonomously, but follow specific instructions and instructions. This results in a lack of
flexibility. Of course, both the specialization and the experience of the teachers are a prerequisite.

| Abstract: | Βασικός στόχος της παρούσας εργασίας, είναι η ανάδειξη της συμβολής και του ρόλου του
Συλλόγου Διδασκόντων, στις διοικητικές λειτουργίες, οι οποίες πραγματοποιούνται μέσα στα
πλαίσια της σχολικής μονάδας. Επίσης, καταβάλλεται μία προσπάθεια, έτσι ώστε να έρθουν στο
προσκήνιο οι τομείς της διοίκησης, οι οποίοι παρουσιάζονται είτε ως ισχυροί, είτε ως πιο
αποδυναμωμένοι.
Για τη συγκεκριμένη εργασία πραγματοποιήθηκε ποσοτική έρευνα σε δείγμα 107 ατόμων.
Πιο αναλυτικά, η έρευνα διεξήχθη με τη βοήθεια ερωτηματολογίου, κλειστού τύπου ερωτήσεων
και εξετάστηκαν ορισμένα στοιχεία, όπως το φύλο, η ηλικιακή ομάδα, τα έτη υπηρεσίας, οι
σπουδές και η σχέση εργασίας των εργαζομένων. Όσον αφορά τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας,
μπορεί εν ολίγοις, να ειπωθεί πως το εκπαιδευτικό σύστημα της Ελλάδας χρειάζεται οργάνωση και
επιμέλεια, αλλά και ελευθερία κινήσεων των εκπαιδευτικών. Επίσης, οι σχολικές μονάδες, δε
λειτουργούν αυτόνομα, αλλά ακολουθούν συγκεκριμένες εντολές και οδηγίες. Αυτό, έχει ως
αποτέλεσμα την αδυναμία ευελιξίας. Βέβαια, είναι προαπαιτούμενη και η ανάλογη εξειδίκευση
αλλά και η ανάλογη εμπειρία των εκπαιδευτικών.
