Ο ρόλος του συλλόγου των διδασκόντων στη λειτουργία των σχολικών μονάδων (Bachelor thesis)

The main objective of this work is to highlight the contribution and role of the Teachers'
Association in the administrative functions that are carried out within the school unit. An effort is
also being made to bring the areas of administration, which are either strong or weakened, to the
forefront.
A quantitative study was performed on a sample of 107 individuals. In more detail, the
survey was conducted using a closed-ended questionnaire and examined some elements, such as
gender, age group, years of service, studies, and employees' employment relationship. Concerning
the results of the research, it can be briefly said that the Greek educational system needs
organization, supervision and freedom of movement of teachers. Also, the school units do not
operate autonomously, but follow specific instructions and instructions. This results in a lack of
flexibility. Of course, both the specialization and the experience of the teachers are a prerequisite.
