Συνεργασία εκπαιδευτικών για τη διαχείριση παιδιών με ΔΕΠ-Υ, στη δευτεροβάθμια εκπαίδευση (Bachelor thesis)

In this work, we study the cooperation between the teachers of Secondary education and their cooperation with the head of the school unit to address the concept of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Reference will be made to the study of the syndrome and how to treat it. The present study also includes a reference in the form of historical retrospective, in order to reveal the course of the teaching staff in Greece, as in the last decades there has been a great deal of concern by the Greek state to individuals and especially students who are facing specific difficulties in order to effectively address their needs and to reduce as much as possible the problems they face. The symptoms of ADHD, its difficulties and its types will also be mentioned. In addition, attention is given to the causes and factors that contribute to the onset of the disease. Finally, there will be a reference to the teachers and the way in which they need to work together to address the problem. The successful educational course of students with ADHD (Inattentive Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) in many cases depends on the teachers' adoption of a positive or negative attitude and also on their knowledge of dealing with this syndrome. Of course, the focus of our interest is the collaboration between teachers, as has already been said, and the partnership between the teaching staff and the principal with the teachers. We believe that this is a very serious and important issue that needs research and investigation. There is a need to deepen the factors that directly influence the development of the cooperative relationship between the teaching staff and the school organization leader, as well as the factors involved in the search for such cooperation. Teachers need to work together to ensure that students with ADHD receive the necessary knowledge and adapt to the social environment. For these reasons, we believe that our research is timely and fills the gap in the issue under consideration.
