Συγκριτική διερεύνηση της διαχείρισης των μαθητών γυμνασίου λυκείου ΕΠΑ.Λ. με διαταραχές διαγωγής από τους κατέχοντες σε αυτά, θέσεις ευθύνης (Bachelor thesis)

This postgraduate thesis aims to introduce into the notions of behavioral disorders and in
particular of conduct disorders. It focuses on how pupils and students with behavioral and
behavioral disorders are managed by people who manage the three main types of secondary
schools, namely Directors and Sub directors of Gymnasiums, General High Schools and
Professional High Schools.
The first part of the work provides a bibliographic overview of the definitions, symptoms,
causes, and ways of dealing with behavioral disorders, and in particular school-based
behavioral disorders.
In particular, the first part comprises Chapters 1 to 5.
Chapter 1 provides an introduction to the concepts of behavior, behavioral disorders,
conduct disorders, school offenses, possible causes and epidemiology.
Chapter 2 deals with the basic types of Secondary Schools, Chapter 3 lists the
administrative positions and tasks of all positions, Section 4 refers to the purpose of the
research, and Section 5 provides a bibliographic reference to ways in which children with
behavioral disorders are treated. and conducting.
The second part of the work includes research questions on work that focus on how to
deal with and manage students from gymnasiums, high schools, high schools and Professional
High Schools, who have behavioral problems and behavioral disorders from the people who

managed their respective schools and relationships with other members of the school
community, that is, their parents and teachers.
Then, in the second part of the work and after the research methodology was decided,
high school, high school and EPAL teachers of the Western Thessaloniki Directorate of
Secondary Education, who hold the positions of directors and sub directors were asked,
behavioral and behavioral disorders.
Based on the results of the questionnaire given to those who carry out administrative
tasks, the management of children with behavioral disorders is investigated in relation to: a.
parents of students with behavioral and behavioral disorders; b. their school teachers; and c. the
students themselves. Results are also presented by type of schools (Gymnasium, High School
and EPAL) to compare and find out if there is a difference in management.
Conclusions are then drawn to improve the way children are treated with behavioral
problems and conduct disorders. This can improve the school effectiveness of schools, that is,
the quality of education provided.
