One of the most known actions of social protection that aim to provide systematic and organized services in a level of Primary Social Care is the Program “Help at Home”. The aim of this research is the investigation of the program’s organizational structure, but, especially, the examining of the potential and the prospects of the program’s enhancement. The research is going to be developed under an essential report that is going to give an answer on the research question “how can the Program be enhanced and what factors must be strengthened in order for this enhancement to be occurred”.
