Οι γαλακτοβιομηχανίες στην περιοχή του Λαγκαδά (Bachelor thesis)

The following work focuses on the presentation of the course of the dairy industry in Greece and mainly on the investigation of the situation surrounding the production of fresh milk. The purpose of the study is to investigate the legal framework that defines the specifications of 7-day-old milk. In addition, this study aims to highlight the characteristics of the dairy industry based in the area of Lagada, Thessaloniki. In addition, the purpose of the study is to present the reasons why the company AGNO closed, but the situation in which the other dairies in the area have found themselves.
In order to achieve this study, two methods were used, the primary and the secondary. Secondary research focuses on documenting data coming from Internet sources and other related studies. Essentially, this part of the study is about bibliographic data review. As for the primary research, it is noted that this is a personal qualitative research, which was conducted with the contribution of the interview given by three dairies in the area of Lagada, Thessaloniki.

| Abstract: | Η εργασία που ακολουθεί εστιάζει στην παρουσίαση της πορείας του κλάδου γαλακτοβιομηχανίας στην Ελλάδα και κυρίως στην διερεύνηση της κατάστασης που επικρατεί γύρω από την παραγωγή του φρέσκου γάλακτος. Σκοπός της μελέτης είναι η διερεύνηση του νομοθετικού πλαισίου που ορίζει τις προδιαγραφές του γάλακτος 7 ημερών. Επιπροσθέτως, η μελέτη αυτή αποσκοπεί στο να προβάλει τα χαρακτηριστικά γνωρίσματα των γαλακτοβιομηχανιών που εδρεύουν στην περιοχή του Λαγκαδά Θεσσαλονίκης. Επιπλέον, σκοπός της μελέτης είναι να παρουσιάσει τους λόγους για τους οποίους έκλεισε η εταιρεία ΑΓΝΟ, αλλά την κατάσταση στην οποία έχουν βρεθεί οι υπόλοιπες γαλακτοβιομηχανίες της περιοχής. Στα πλαίσια της επίτευξης της μελέτης αυτής χρησιμοποιήθηκαν δύο μέθοδοι, η πρωτογενής και η δευτερογενής. Η δευτερογενής έρευνα επικεντρώνεται στην καταγραφή στοιχείων που προέρχονται μέσα από πηγές του διαδικτύου και από άλλες μελέτες που σχετίζονται με το θέμα. Ουσιαστικά, αυτό το μέρος της μελέτης αφορά την βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση δεδομένων. Όσο για την πρωτογενή έρευνα σημειώνεται ότι πρόκειται για μία προσωπική ποιοτική έρευνα, που διεξήχθη με τη συμβολή της συνέντευξης που παραχώρησαν τρεις γαλακτοβιομηχανίες της περιοχής του Λαγκαδά Θεσσαλονίκης.
