School bullying. An incurable disease worldwide of human society, with both psychological and social implications, which has been the subject of research by many researchers. The negative effects it can have on children's mental and physical health can lead to premature school dropout as well as suicide attempts, anxiety, depression and self-harm. However, despite the research that has been conducted, the information campaigns organized by various global and non-governmental organizations or educational campaigns with instructions for teachers to parents and children, the rates of existence of the phenomenon are very high.
These were among the most important reasons why we were led to the decision to carry out this research through the perspective of teachers, and to explore their experiences in educational units in the province and in particular in the wider region of Larissa, through quality research. Since teachers are considered to be among the main stakeholders of the phenomenon, with the additional burden of dealing with it.

| Abstract: | Σχολικός εκφοβισμός. Μία ανίατη ασθένεια σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο της κοινωνίας των ανθρώπων, με προεκτάσεις τόσο ψυχολογικές όσο και κοινωνικές, που έχει γίνει θέμα έρευνας πολλών μελετητών. Οι αρνητικές επιρροές που μπορεί να επιφέρει σε ψυχική και σωματική υγεία των παιδιών μπορεί να οδηγήσει από πρόωρη εγκατάλειψη του σχολείου ως και απόπειρα αυτοκτονίας, άγχος, κατάθλιψη και αυτοτραυματισμό των θυμάτων. Παρόλες όμως τις έρευνες που έχουν πραγματοποιηθεί, τις ενημερωτικές καμπάνιες που διοργανώνουν διάφοροι παγκόσμιοι και μη οργανισμοί ή τις εκπαιδευτικές εκστρατείες με τις οδηγίες προς εκπαιδευτικούς προς γονείς και προς παιδιά τα ποσοστά ύπαρξης του φαινομένου είναι πολύ υψηλά.
Αυτοί ήταν από τους σημαντικότερους λόγους για τους οποίους οδηγηθήκαμε στην απόφαση για την πραγματοποίηση της συγκεκριμένης ερευνητικής εργασίας μέσα από την οπτική των εκπαιδευτικών, και την διερεύνηση των βιωμάτων τους σε εκπαιδευτικές μονάδες της επαρχίας και συγκεκριμένα της ευρύτερης περιφέρειας της περιοχής της Λάρισας, μέσω της ποιοτικής έρευνας. Μιας και οι εκπαιδευτικοί θεωρούνται από τους κύριους εμπλεκόμενους του φαινομένου, με το επιπρόσθετο βάρος της αντιμετώπισης του. School bullying.
