Principals are the main and integral pillar of any school unit. The role they play is multifaceted as they need to take care of good cooperation, good pedagogical climate and excellent communication between the parties that exist in a school. The manager must have communication skills that help him to organize and combine all his roles successfully. One of them is to regulate the intervention of parents in the educational process and the response that teachers have to this intervention. Parents can intervene in a number of ways, but the manager must set limits and restrictions on the size of this intervention. Parents need to work harmoniously with their children and teachers and help with the work of teachers.
