Η αντιμετώπιση της εργασιακής ανίας σε προσωπικό της δημόσιας διοίκησης. (Bachelor thesis)

This thesis studies the discipline of work boredom with emphasis to public sector. Work boredom is a usual phenomenon at the workplace, which is related within all the aspects of their daily routine and activities, whereas all the employees experience to the emotional state of the employees and is interconnected with multiple factors within and outside of the organizations. Furthermore, it is an exceptional subjective status that influence the well-being of the employees work boredom in different scale and for different reasons.
The theoretical framework is based on both greek and international bibliography and arthrography, while the conducted research within a sample of the (10) librarians who work at the public sector is presented in the second part of the thesis. The results of the research are being analysed thoroughly accompanied by relevant figures that better illustrate the arguments.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα εργασία αναλύει τη θεματική της εργασιακής ανίας στο δημόσιο τομέα. Η εργασιακή ανία είναι ένα σύνηθες φαινόμενο στον εργασιακό χώρο που σχετίζεται με τη συναισθηματική κατάσταση των εργαζομένων και συσχετίζεται με πολλαπλούς παράγοντες εντός κι εκτός των οργανισμών. Επιπλέον, είναι μια ιδιαιτέρως υποκειμενική κατάσταση που επηρεάζει την ευζωία των εργαζομένων σε όλες τις εκφάνσεις της καθημερινότητάς τους, ενώ όλοι οι εργαζόμενοι βιώνουν το φαινόμενο σε διαφορετικό βαθμό και για διαφορετικούς λόγους.
Το θεωρητικό πλαίσιο της εργασίας βασίζεται στην ελληνική και διεθνή βιβλιογραφία και αρθρογραφία, ενώ στο δεύτερο μέρος παρουσιάζεται η έρευνα που διεξήχθη σε δείγμα δέκα (10) βιβλιοθηκονόμων που εργάζονται στο δημόσιο τομέα. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας αναλύονται διεξοδικά συνοδευόμενα από σχετικά γραφήματα που ενισχύουν τους ισχυρισμούς. This thesis studies the discipline of work boredom with emphasis to public sector.
