The aim of this bibliography is to highlight the importance of physiotherapist's role in rehabilitating patients who have some form of cardiovascular disease and have been discharged from the hospital where they were. Initially, an attempt is made to present the complexity of cardiovascular diseases, as these include a large number of different diseases. At the same time, there is a different gravity that has parameters such as age, gender and case of the disease, since the patient's history is what determines the planning of the exercises the physiotherapist should design. The following chapter describes in detail the tools and exercises through which the physiotherapist can choose to adapt to the patient's needs. Taking into account a patient's condition, a patient's history, and the course of recovery. The work is completed with the presentation of rehabilitation and rehabilitation exercises in two important but quite different cases of patients, which are a case of a coronary heart disease patient and a stroke patient
