Καταλογογράφηση, Ταξινόμηση και ταξιθέτηση αρχείου Εφετείου Θεσσαλονίκης (Bachelor thesis)

This thesis presents archival work, classification, indexing and digitization. It also presents all aspects of the archive from its inception to the present day. First, the basic concepts of archiving are presented. Then, reference is made to legal issues concerning the files, and follows a presentation for the archive of the Court of Appeal of Thessaloniki. Finally, the files are presented on voting cards the material of the archive that was executed, through the program Archives (@ archiomnemon) of the General Archives of the State - Historical Archive of Macedonia.
The material needed to create the writing of the dissertation was obtained from the municipal library of the city of Larisa "Konstantinos Koumas" and the library of the University of Thessaly. Also, the search of the bibliographic material was done through the databases Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, the National Repository of Doctoral Dissertations and the Repository Kallipos.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία αναφέρεται σε τέσσερις θεμελιώδεις θεματικές ενότητες των επιστημών της βιβλιοθηκονομίας και της αρχειονομίας και συγκεκριμένα τις αρχειακές εργασίες, την ταξινόμηση, την ευρετηρίαση και την ψηφιοποίηση. Επίσης, παρουσιάζει τις πτυχές του αρχείου από την απαρχή του έως σήμερα. Αρχικά, αναλύονται οι βασικές έννοιες της αρχειονομίας. Στη συνέχεια, γίνεται αναφορά σε νομικά ζητήματα που αφορούν τα αρχεία και ακολουθεί ειδική παρουσίαση αναφορικά με το αρχείο του Εφετείου Θεσσαλονίκης. Τέλος, παρουσιάζεται το υλικό του αρχείου που υπέστη επεξεργασία σε ψηφιοποιημένες καρτέλες μέσω του προγράμματος «Αρχειομνήμων» («@ρχειομνήμων») των Γενικών Αρχείων του Κράτους - Ιστορικού Αρχείου Μακεδονίας (Ι.Α.Μ.), οι οποίες αντιγράφτηκαν αυτούσιες στην παρούσα.
Το υλικό που χρειάστηκε για την δημιουργία της συγγραφής της πτυχιακής εργασίας αντλήθηκε από τη Δημοτική Βιβλιοθήκη Λάρισας «Κωνσταντίνος Κούμας» και τη βιβλιοθήκη του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας. Επίσης, η αναζήτηση του βιβλιογραφικού υλικού έγινε και στις βάσεις δεδομένων «Scopus», «Web of Science», «Google Μελετητής», καθώς και σ’ εκείνες των «Εθνικού Αποθετήριο Διδακτορικών Διατριβών« και «Αποθετηρίου Κάλλιπος».
