This thesis presents archival work, classification, indexing and digitization. It also presents all aspects of the archive from its inception to the present day. First, the basic concepts of archiving are presented. Then, reference is made to legal issues concerning the files, and follows a presentation for the archive of the Court of Appeal of Thessaloniki. Finally, the files are presented on voting cards the material of the archive that was executed, through the program Archives (@ archiomnemon) of the General Archives of the State - Historical Archive of Macedonia. The material needed to create the writing of the dissertation was obtained from the municipal library of the city of Larisa "Konstantinos Koumas" and the library of the University of Thessaly. Also, the search of the bibliographic material was done through the databases Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, the National Repository of Doctoral Dissertations and the Repository Kallipos.
