In the twenty first century, the growth of the emotional intelligence skills has become the basic element of management in every organization. The competition in products and services in relation to the way that human resources are managed is the reason why. As specialization in jobs is gradually increasing, the harmonious cooperation becomes a pretty competitive advantage in businesses. In the tourism industry, excellent service is quintessential for success. Emotional skills help employees on the job improving flexibility, teamwork and customer orientation. The management of the human resources though the appropriate training is the key to success for every enterprise because of the development of the team culture. This vision along with effective leadership and right management are the best ingredients to end up with the desired outcome both for the enterprise and for the humans that work in it.
