The complexity of education today makes it imperative to use and utilize modern technological tools by school organizations capable of collecting, organizing and analyzing data with great speed and accuracy, significantly reducing the possibility of omissions and errors. Such tools are the Information Systems that can offer valuable support and whose effectiveness is largely related to their acceptance and integration into the educational process. In this dissertation, the design and implementation of a proposed Information System is carried out that aims to support the work of the career counselor of Second Chance Schools, both locally on the school site and outside the school environment and involves directly and to a large extent the trainees themselves in the process. The need for its development arises from the lack of a corresponding system, resulting in the partially electronic or handwritten management of the adult student’s data. In addition, the student’s data can be managed in a different way by each individual consultant. The implementation of the Information System was done utilizing the latest technologies for the development of applications for the Web and following the organization of the information of well-known websites for finding and offering jobs.
