Αναζητώντας τους παράγοντες που επηρεάζουν την ικανοποίηση και την πιστότητα των επιβατών στις χαμηλού κόστους αεροπορικές εταιρείες (Master thesis)

Καμπέρης, Σεραφείμ

This dissertation deals with low-cost airlines and is an attempt to investigate the factors that affect the satisfaction and loyalty of these passengers. Their emergence can be seen as a result of the continuous evolution of business models of airlines, providing new opportunities for travel and new prospects in the relationship between airlines and passengers. There is a historical review of low-cost airlines in Europe and then in Greece, as they examine the factors that affect passengers when choosing a low-cost airline. A survey is being conducted with a sample of 110 passengers being surveyed to highlight the factors that are the catalysts for their satisfaction and subsequent commitment. 41.8% of the sample are men and 58.2% are women. The age with the highest percentage is between 26-35 and holds 54.6%. At least 60% had secondary education, while at least 40% had a master's or doctoral degree. 19.1% were students or unemployed, and 77.3% were full-time or part-time employees. Their preference for low-cost airlines is also reflected in the frequency of their travels, as 33.6% of respondents used such a company at least once a year.
