The topic underlying this final postgraduate thesis is “The Total Quality Management in Primary Education: The case of Pella Regional Unit. Our purpose is to investigate the application of the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM) to Primary Education and includes a research section on school units of Pella Prefecture, Greece. Specifically, the target of the research part of our study, is to record the problems and weaknesses of the way of administration in Primary Education of Pella Prefecture, Greece, from the aspect of teachers and their confrontation from alternative forms of administration and more specific of the principles of TQM. The research was completed by the use of a special questionnaire, which included "closed-ended" questions consisting of 4 sections. A total of 220 teachers from Pella Prefecture participated. Statistical analysis of the data was done through the IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) in 25thversion. Statistic analysis of our research data showed that for the teachers who participated in it, the effectiveness of the leadership and operation of the school unit was significantly achieved. Also, most of these teachers consider that the continuous training of the employees is very important, while there is a big statistical difference with the above factors regarding the years of service of the teachers and their professional status.
