The scope of this dissertation titled "Change of use of building having a ground floor shop and apartments on its A, B and C floor" in the area of Nea Aghialou, Volou. Firstly, the historical and general characteristics of the area were gathered as well as the reasons for the reconstruction. In continuing, the construction terms of the present situation are mentioned as well as the to-be-manifested elements of the field. A detailed description of the present situation was made and the licenses regarding the interior and exterior layouts of the ground floor shop and the AirBnB (Air Bed & Breakfast) apartments. For the appropriate functioning we mentioned to them the corresponding articles of Greek legislation. Moreover, we attached the fire protection regulation for buildings regarding the shop and apartments as it is mentioned in the legislature. Moreover, we mentioned the prerequisite HACCP (Hazard Analysis - Critical Control Points) systems for the appropriate function of the shop.
