Teachers strive to meet the requirements of the concept and use of digital active citizenship in education but lack effective and modern forms of practices and tools such as participatory, critical thinking development, practical experience of democracy in their agenda. in the school itself, interdisciplinary approaches, collaborative and transformational. The purpose of the present study is to investigate and record the knowledge of ICTs of the administrative staff of all categories in public administration and in particular at the International University of Greece and their use and preferences. the level of their studies, their gender and age in relation to their years of service and their level of knowledge and use (ICT), their use in everyday life inside and outside the Academic Area, and Impact on the academic community of DIEPA.Specifically, the research focused on a group of employees who were compared. The questionnaire was administered to 200 employees to increase the chances of receiving as complete and complete a questionnaire as possible. As for the sampling method, the sampling method was available (convenient sampling), ie the closest people who were available agreed to participate in the survey. The survey was quantitative and primary and the data were collected via a questionnaire which was emailed to the staff by the researcher himself, after consultation and collaboration with them and was completed anonymously from 10- 20 February 2020. Results were performed using SPSS ver.
