Διαμόρφωση βρεφονηπιακού σταθμού σε έξυπνο κτίριο στην Περαία Θεσσαλονίκης (Bachelor thesis)

In an effort to achieve sustainable development, one of the main factors to consider is energy storage and the proper use of Renewable Energy Sources to create hope for sustainable energy development that is environmentally friendly. The aim of this dissertation is to create a Nursery school in a ‘’smart’’ building, which will be based on "smart" technologies and will have a small energy footprint. First, brief demographics of the area where the Nursery School will be located will be mentioned, as well as some information about its location. Also, the specifications that should be followed according to the Government Gazette 1157/2017 for the places that should be included in the Nursery School as well as a brief description of its energy research will be presented. Then, all the methods that must be applied in order for the building to be characterized as "smart" will be mentioned in detail. Finally, some conclusions will be drawn about some noticeable differences between a «smart» Νursery and a convetional Nursery school, as well as some comments about teachers preference in a “smart” Nursery.
