In the present dissertation, a historical background and distinction of innovation is initially made, emphasizing school innovation. Then the application of innovations in the secondary schools of Pieria is investigated and how it is related to various sizes such as gender, years of service, additional qualifications of teachers, seminars and conferences attended. Then follow the conclusions and suggestions for its extension.
