Several studies have indicated the need and importance of influenza vaccination by health professionals, but vaccination rates among health professionals remain low in most countries. On this basis, an interesting question with reference to influenza vaccination concerns the importance of behavior change of health professionals or their empowering so as to choose their own behavior.
