| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία επικεντρώνεται στην αξιοποίηση του Πληροφοριακού Συστήματος “Myschool”, στο εξής ΠΣ Myschool, στη σύγχρονη διοίκηση της εκπαίδευσης και την αξιοποίηση της πληροφορίας, τόσο σε επίπεδο κεντρικής διοίκησης, Υπουργείο Παιδείας, όσο και σε επίπεδο αποκεντρωτικό, δηλαδή σε επίπεδο Περιφερειακής Διεύθυνσης Εκπαίδευσης, Διεύθυνσης Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης και σχολικής μονάδας. Η σύγχρονη αντίληψη για την πληροφορική και την αξιοποίηση των νέων τεχνολογιών στην οργάνωση των Οργανισμών σχετίζεται σε μεγάλο βαθμό με τους στόχους, ποιοτικούς και ποσοτικούς, του Οργανισμού καθώς και με την Αξιολόγηση της διοίκησης του Οργανισμού. Ειδικότερα, γίνεται εκτενής αναφορά στο Πληροφοριακό Σύστημα “Myschool” και την αναγκαιότητα χρήσης των Τεχνολογιών Πληροφορικής και Επικοινωνίας (ΤΠΕ), στη διοίκηση της εκπαίδευσης, στη λήψη αποφάσεων και την πλήρη αξιοποίηση – διαχείριση, σε πραγματικό χρόνο, “real time”, του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού, εκπαιδευτικό προσωπικό, στις σχολικές μονάδες και την άσκηση των αρμοδιοτήτων από το Υπουργείο Παιδείας. Η έρευνα διεξήχθη στο νομό Βοιωτίας και σκοπός της ήταν να διερευνηθεί η αξιοποίηση και η αποτελεσματικότητα του Πληροφοριακού Συστήματος “Myschool” στη διοίκηση, των διευκολύνσεων που παρέχει στην οργάνωση και τον προγραμματισμό της εκπαίδευσης, στην επικοινωνία μεταξύ των ιεραρχικών επίπεδων της διοίκησης της εκπαίδευσης και στη λήψη αποφάσεων, αποσκοπώντας στην επίτευξη των θεσμικών και λειτουργικών στόχων της εκπαίδευσης. Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία αποτελείται από επτά κεφάλαια. Τα πρώτα τέσσερα κεφάλαια αποτελούν το θεωρητικό πλαίσιο, στο οποίο στηρίχθηκε η έρευνα και αποδίδονται έννοιες όπως «διοίκηση», «αποδοτικότητα» και «αποτελεσματικότητα», «Νέο Δημόσιο Μάνατζμεντ», «Διοίκηση μέσω στόχων». Επίσης, έγινε ανάλυση των δυνατοτήτων που προσφέρει το Πληροφοριακό Σύστημα “Myschool”, σε επίπεδο σχολικής μονάδας, καθώς η έρευνα πραγματοποιήθηκε στις 53 σχολικές μονάδες του νομού | el |
| heal.abstract | The present diploma thesis focuses on the exploitation of the Information System ‘Myschool’ from now on ‘Myschool’ in the contemporary management of education and the exploitation of information, both, at the level of central administration, Ministry of Education, and at the decentralized level that is, at the level of regional education management, secondary education and school unit management. The modern concept of computing and the exploitation of new technologies in the organization of Organizations is largely related to the organization's objectives, qualitative and quantitative, as well as to the evaluation of the organization's management In particular extensive reference is made to the information system ‘Myschool’ and the need to use information and communication technologies, training management, decisionmaking and full-time real-time management of human resources, teaching staff, school units and exercise of responsibilities by the Ministry of Education. The research was conducted in Viotia region and its purpose was to investigate the usefulness and effectiveness of the information system Myschool in management, the facilities it provides in the organization and planning of education, in the communication between the hierarchical levels of education administration and decision making, with the aim of achieving the institutional and operational objectives of education.
