The Intense interest observed in our modern time around the attitudes of the management of an educational unit and the incentive efforts to achieve better results is perceived by everyone as a strong testament to the important role that motivation plays in exercising effective leadership. The present study is an empirical study of teachers in Greece. An attempt is made to study the relationship between school staff and management in each organization as well as the degree to which these relationships are influenced by motivation and whether functional learning is related to behavior change. The objectives of the research are to study the effect of reward and motivation from management to employees. The research sample includes 100 current teachers, working in public and private educational units, in primary and secondary education. The results of this research showed that the participating teachers are not particularly influenced by the management and the way the administration behaves. Functional addiction and teacher manipulation in general is very difficult to impossible of happening. However, another feature of the research that was brought up is the positive correlation between teachers relationships and job satisfaction.
