The rapid spread of COVID‐19 in Europe and almost all over the world, with restrictive measures announced one after the other, has had a significant impact on the global economy. The purpose of this master's thesis is to examine the relationship between corporate bonds issued from 2019, until the beginning of 2023 in Greece, for better information to investors, regarding their price changes, during a similar pandemic crisis. At the same time, its aim is to study and further analyze the prices of corporate bonds and identify the sectors that were more or less affected by the pandemic crisis, quantifying their values. In order to achieve this goal, the methodology of descriptive analysis was applied, using data obtained from the Prospectuses of the companies, through the Athens Stock Exchange (A.S.E.). In addition, the results obtained from this research showed that there were small or large fluctuations in bond prices in Greece, depending on the sector of activity of the companies in the sample. Finally, in the conclusions drawn from the above research, it was shown that although all corporate bonds were affected to some extent, small or large, during the pandemic crisis, after the opening of the markets, their values recovered almost immediately, except in some cases of bonds, which took longer to reach their initial levels.
