European educational programs are designed to enhance cooperation between European countries, exchange of best practices and enhance the European dimension in education. European cooperation and innovative teaching and learning approaches aim, among other things, to enrich curricula and learning environments to leverage the quality of education provided. The purpose of this research was to highlight the usefulness and effectiveness of these programs, at least from the perspective of students and teachers. The majority of students who participated in the research believed that their participation in the Erasmus program was responsible for improving both their knowledge in their subject training and the improvement of digital skills, learning abilities and social and cultural abilities. In addition, most individuals in the sample believe that their involvement in this program provided them with useful experience in how to respond to difficult situations in their lives and in working effectively with other people within the group. In this sense, these programs should continue to be implemented so that as many people as possible can benefit from the beneficial effects on individuals' lives and the wider social environment

| Abstract: | Τα Ευρωπαϊκά εκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα σχεδιάστηκαν για να ενισχύσουν τη συνεργασία μεταξύ των Eυρωπαϊκών χωρών, την ανταλλαγή επιτυχημένων πρακτικών και την ενίσχυση της Eυρωπαϊκής διάστασης στην εκπαίδευση. Η Eυρωπαϊκή συνεργασία και οι καινοτόμες διδακτικές και μαθησιακές προσεγγίσεις στοχεύουν εκτός των άλλων, στον εμπλουτισμό των αναλυτικών προγραμμάτων και των μαθησιακών περιβαλλόντων, ώστε να αποτελέσουν μοχλό βελτίωσης της ποιότητας της παρεχόμενης εκπαίδευσης. Η έρευνα στα πλαίσια της παρούσα διπλωματικής εργασίας είχε ως στόχο την ανάδειξη της χρησιμότητας και της αποτελεσματικότητας των προγραμμάτων αυτών, τουλάχιστον από την σκοπιά των μαθητών και των εκπαιδευτικών. Οι μαθητές και οι μαθήτριες που συμμετείχαν στην έρευνα, στην συντριπτική τους πλειοψηφία θεωρούν ότι η συμμετοχή τους στο πρόγραμμα Erasmus ήταν υπεύθυνη για την βελτίωση τόσο των γνώσεων τους στο αντικείμενο κατάρτισή τους, όσο και στην βελτίωση των ψηφιακών δεξιοτήτων, των ικανοτήτων εκμάθησης, αλλά και των κοινωνικών και πολιτισμικών ικανοτήτων τους. Επιπλέον, τα περισσότερα άτομα του δείγματος θεωρούν ότι η συμμετοχή τους σε αυτό το πρόγραμμα τους πρόσφερε χρήσιμη εμπειρία σχετικά με το πώς να ανταποκρίνονται στις δύσκολες καταστάσεις της ζωής τους, αλλά και στο να συνεργάζονται αποτελεσματικά με άλλα άτομα στα πλαίσια της ομάδας. Με αυτήν την έννοια, αντίστοιχα προγράμματα θα πρέπει να συνεχίσουν να υλοποιούνται, ώστε όσο το δυνατόν περισσότερα άτομα να επωφεληθούν από τις ευεργετικές συνέπειες για τις ζωές των ατόμων και το ευρύτερο κοινωνικό περιβάλλον European educational programs are designed to enhance cooperation between European countries, exchange of best practices and enhance the European dimension in education.
