The main purpose of this master thesis is to design a simulation of an ice-cream production line as the analysis and explanation of the individual processes of this production line. In this context, an analysis is carried out at each individual stage of the line such as those involved in the production of the final product. Then, through the ARENA Software, the production line is reflected for ice cream in plastic packaging. The objective of this simulation is to present and analyze all processes of the production line as well as to draw conclusions that will help optimize the process with an axis to minimize waiting times per step.
