Κόστος κατασκευών και μελέτες περιπτώσεων ενεργειακής απόδοσης κτηρίων βάσει ΚΕΝΑΚ (Bachelor thesis)

Συράκης, Χρήστος

In recent years, it has been observed that global energy demand is constantly increasing, raising concerns about the future state of the environment. Energy saving is now essential and plays a crucial role in the building sector where energy requirements are high. The European Union has set up a legal framework for tackling the problem, which is tailored to the needs of each country in order not to disturb the balance of the environment. The Greek Government defines the Energy Efficiency of Buildings Regulation (KENAK) in order to make an energy classification, to achieve the upgrade of existing buildings and the construction of new buildings with low energy consumption. Therefore, the work presents two energy inspection studies based on the regulation of the K.EN.A.K. naturally presenting the results of both studies proposing interventions to reduce the energy consumed in the two buildings.
