Διερεύνηση του βαθμού γνώσης, των απόψεων και των προθέσεων των φοιτητών της Ελλάδας για διαμονή σε έξυπνα ξενοδοχεία (smarthotel) (Bachelor thesis)

Smart hotels are an ever-evolving trend worldwide, although they are not very widespread in our country. This paper aims to study this trend, its main characteristics and if the creation of such a hotel in Greece would have good prospects. The present study used an electronic questionnaire to draw conclusions, which was sent to students of the University of Patras and the University of Peloponnese. The main conclusions of the research are that the mood for innovation and co-creation of content on the part of customers, the perceived ease of use, usefulness, personalization of services in a smart hotel and how much fun these services appear to be, are the most important factors influencing the intention to stay in them.
