Φωτογραφικό Αρχείο Κυριαζόπουλου Ψηφιοποίηση, Τεκμηρίωση και Παρουσίαση στην “Ψηφιοθήκη” του Α.Π.Θ.

Abstract

Η παρούσα εργασία ξεκινά εισάγοντας τον αναγνώστη στο καθεστώς της πληροφόρησης στη σύγχρονη εποχή, πραγματικότητα η οποία σε συνδυασμό με τις τεχνολογικές εξελίξεις επηρεάζει τις βιβλιοθήκες. Ακολουθεί μια προσπάθεια αποσαφήνισης των βασικών εννοιών και επιμέρους σχέσεων που προκύπτουν από την ανάληψη εργασιών ψηφιοποίησης, με επίκεντρο τα πνευματικά δικαιώματα και το νομικό καθεστώς. Έπειτα, στρέφεται η προσοχή στο ίδρυμα για λογαριασμό του οποίου εκπονείται η εργασία, δηλαδή η Βιβλιοθήκη του Α.Π.Θ., καθώς και στη βάση δεδομένων που ευθύνεται για την διαδικτυακή παρουσία των ψηφιακών συλλογών. Αναγκαία για τη συνέχεια είναι η μνεία στον Βασίλειο Κυριαζόπουλο, όπου παρατίθενται στοιχεία για τον ίδιο, αλλά και για το υλικό που συνέλεξε και δώρισε στη βιβλιοθήκη. Τέλος, αναλύεται και απεικονίζεται βήμα βήμα η διαδικασία της ψηφιοποίησης και τεκμηρίωσης του “Φωτογραφικού Αρχείου Κυριαζόπουλου”, με μια προσπάθεια γενικού απολογισμού της αξίας της εργασίας στα πλαίσια της εποχής που πραγματοποιήθηκε και προβλήθηκε.

Here's an attempt to clarify the basic concepts and individual relationships resulting from undertaking work digitization, focusing on copyright and legal status. Then attention turns to the institution on whose behalf the work is ongoing, namely the Library of AUTH and the database is responsible for the Internet presence of digital collections. Necessary to follow the reference to the Β. Kyriazopoulos, which lists items for himself, but for the material collected and donated to the library. Finally, analyzed and illustrated step by step the process of digitization and documentation of "Photographic Archive Kyriazopoulos", in an attempt overview of the value of work in the context of the time made and aired.
