| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να εξετάσει την εξέλιξη της ηλεκτρονικής τραπεζικής στη χώρα μας για την περίοδο 2007-2012. Στόχος της εργασίας είναι να παρουσιάσει μία σφαιρική ανάλυση της ηλεκτρονικής τραπεζικής και να αναδείξει τα θετικά αλλά και τα αρνητικά στοιχεία αυτής της νέας υπηρεσίας. Επίσης θα αναλυθεί ο ρόλος της Alpha Bank σε αυτή τη νέα ηλεκτρονική τραπεζική και τις υπηρεσίες που προσφέρει προκειμένου να ανταπεξέλθει στις νέες προκλήσεις της αγοράς. | el |
