Establishment, operation and closure use of manufacturing and commercial stock company

Abstract

Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή γίνεται συνοπτική παρουσίαση για το ισχύον καθεστώς που αφορά τις ανώνυμες εταιρείες. Αρχικά γίνεται αναφορά στην έννοια της ανώνυμης εταιρείας. Τα θέματα τα οποία αναλύονται είναι η έννοια της ανώνυμης εταιρείας, η ίδρυση της, τα χαρακτηριστικά της και η λειτουργία και διοίκηση της . Στη συνέχεια γίνεται ανάλυση της ίδρυσης και λειτουργίας μιας κατασκευαστική ανώνυμης εταιρείας και στις λογιστικές εργασίες για το κλείσιμο χρήσης.

In this thesis is made a summary of the current regime concerning of stock companies. Initially reference is made to the concept of a stock company. The issues that discussed are the concept of a stock company, its establishment, its features and operation and management. Then it refers to the establishment and operation of construction stock company and at the accounting tasks that need for the closure of use.
