The social and economic consequences Kallikratis plan in the municipality Chalkidona of Thessaloniki

Abstract

Ο σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η παρουσίαση των κοινωνικών και οικονομικών συνεπειών του ποργράμματος Καλλικράτη στον δήμο Χαλκηδόνας στη Θεσσαλονίκη ως ένα αποτελεσματικό και αποκεντρωτικό διοικητικό σύστημα που παρέχει σημαντικά πλεονεκτήματα, που αφορούν στην επιτόπια και άμεση γνώση των προβλημάτων, στην ταχύτερη λήψη αποφάσεων και κυρίως στην εδραίωση καλών σχέσεων του πολίτη με το κράτους.

The purpose of this thesis is to present the social and economic consequences of Kallikratis porgramm in Chalkidona municipality in Thessaloniki as an effective and decentralized administrative system which provides significant advantages related to the site and direct knowledge of the problems, faster decision-making and especially the establishment of good relations between the citizen and the state.
