Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to present the institutional framework and financial management of municipalities, through their budgets. The budgets are an interesting topic, since it is a strategic tool in the operation of any organization. Are also a an important part of accounting and planning processes of local authorities

Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι να παρουσιάσει το θεσµικό πλαίσιο και την οικονοµική διαχείριση των Δήμων, µέσα από τους προϋπολογισµούς. Οι προϋπολογισµοί αποτελούν ένα ενδιαφέρον θέµα, αφού είναι ένα στρατηγικό εργαλείο στη λειτουργία του κάθε οργανισµού. Επίσης, αποτελούν ένα σηµαντικό κοµµάτι της λογιστικής και των διαδικασιών προγραµµατισµού των Ο.Τ.Α.
