Yoga and aesthetics

Abstract

This paper attempts a brief presentation of the topic of yoga and connecting this with the aesthetic. The conducted literature review showed considerable number of practical applications of yoga, documenting its usefulness in the field of aesthetics.

Στην παρούσα εργασία επιχειρείται συνοπτική παρουσίαση του θέματος της yoga και η σύνδεση αυτού με την αισθητική. Η διεξαχθείσα βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση κατέδειξε ικανό αριθμό πρακτικών εφαρμογών της yoga, τεκμηριώνοντας τη χρησιμότητά της στο χώρο της αισθητικής.
