dc.description.abstract	Στην παρούσα εργασία μελετήθηκε η παρουσία σταφυλόκοκκων και ειδικώς του S aureus στο μανούρι. Αναλύθηκαν 25 δείγματα, 5 διαφορετικών βιομηχανιών. Όλα τα δείγματα μανουριού βρέθηκαν μολυσμένα με βακτήρια του γ. Staphylococcus και πιο συγκεκριμένα, 11 από αυτά ήταν μολυσμένα με S aureus. Mε βάση τις προδιαγραφές του κανονισμού 2073/2005 κατατάχτηκαν τα προϊόντα των 5 βιομηχανιών ανάλογα με την ποιότητά τους.	el
dc.description.abstract	In the present study, the presence of staphylococci and specifically S aureus in cream cheese. They analyzed 25 samples, 5 of different industries. All samples of Manouri cheese were found infected by bacteria c. Staphylococcus and more specifically, 11 of them were infected with S aureus. Based on the requirements of Regulation 2073/2005 were classified products 5 industries depending on their quality.	el
