Industrial relations, motivation and job satisfaction of employees in the supermarket sector (Bachelor thesis)

The purpose of this project is the study of labor relations, motivation and job satisfaction in shop workers supermarkets in Halkidiki area and whether the motivanion is associated with job satisfaction. Initially, reference is made to job satisfaction, staff motivanion and leadership. Prenented the methods followed in carrying out the research, which examines the nature of work, salary and working conditions and finally presented the conclusions from th survey.
