The research was aimed at exploring the various adults training programs. Its main objectives are to sketch the adults’ educators’ profile. The programs about the adults learning provide the trainees necessary knowledge to take part in the certificated exams from National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (E.O.P.P.E.P.) in order to become as certified Adults Trainers. In particular, it was examined whether adult educators use active educational techniques, team encouragement, motivation to learners, communication and cooperation between the trainer and trainees and the educator's satisfaction concerned to design and implementation of the training program. The paper initially introduces core theories in the field of adult education, present the the role of the adult educator, usefulness of New Technologies, the dynamics of the group, various forms of communication as well as motives and barriers to adult learning. This research was based on a sample, consisted of 88 people, 66 women and 22 men, who were adult educators. The quantitative data were collected via a paper questionnaire and processed via a statistical package (SPSS). The findings of this research and conclusions are presented. Also, research questions are answered. Regarding the answer of the research questions to the thematic units seem that the majority of the trainers are women, they collaborat and they communicate with the trainees. In addition participants use active educational techniques, and they are satisfied from the educational training program
