The present dissertation deals with the survey of the current situation and the necessity for development prospects of the diving tourism in Greece, the defaults of the already existing diving centers, the work required for the construction of a model diving center, its costing, the timing issue of the construction work as well as the investment evaluation. The building, which constitutes the case study, is located in Chalkidiki while the load bearing structure is of reinforced concrete. The study focuses on the activities analyses which are required for the completion of a medium-sized construction work, and it includes its completion time setting, its costing, and the coordination of the required resources.
