The present dissertation deals with the survey of the current situation and the necessity for development prospects of the diving tourism in Greece, the defaults of the already existing diving centers, the work required for the construction of a model diving center, its costing, the timing issue of the construction work as well as the investment evaluation. The building, which constitutes the case study, is located in Chalkidiki while the load bearing structure is of reinforced concrete. The study focuses on the activities analyses which are required for the completion of a medium-sized construction work, and it includes its completion time setting, its costing, and the coordination of the required resources.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία πραγματεύεται την αποτύπωση της τρέχουσας κατάστασης και την αναγκαιότητα προοπτικών ανάπτυξης του καταδυτικού τουρισμού στην Ελλάδα, τις ελλείψεις που έχουν τα υφιστάμενα καταδυτικά κέντρα, τις εργασίες που απαιτούνται για την κατασκευή ενός πρότυπου καταδυτικού κέντρου, την κοστολόγησης αυτών, το ζήτημα χρονικού προγραμματισμού των εργασιών ανέγερσης καθώς και την αξιολόγηση της επένδυσης. Το κτίριο που θα αποτελέσει το παράδειγμα μελέτης, θα βρίσκεται στην περιοχή της Χαλκιδικής και ο φέρων οργανισμός είναι από οπλισμένο σκυρόδεμα. Η μελέτη εστιάζει στην ανάλυση των δραστηριοτήτων που απαιτούνται για την περάτωση ενός μεσαίου μεγέθους κατασκευαστικού έργου, η οποία περιλαμβάνει τον χρονικό προσδιορισμό περάτωσης του, την κοστολόγησή του και τον συντονισμό των απαιτούμενων πόρων.
