This Diploma Thesis deals with the "Integration of new technologies in the
teaching of secondary education in the prefecture of Thessaloniki". In particular, the
theoretical part of the thesis examines Information and Communication Technologies
(ICT) in education as well as the training received by teachers in secondary education
as well as their views. Then, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) is
being studied in secondary education, while some software is being applied that
applies to both language and mathematics. In the practical part of the thesis, empirical
research is carried out on secondary education teachers in the prefecture of
Thessaloniki, regarding their views and attitudes towards ICT
