The following diploma thesis approaches work-related issues of teachers and administrators working in a Primary Education Directorate. Its purpose is to investigate the levels of work anxiety that they experience while studying their views on the factors that affect the anxiety they experience as a result of their work with their demographics and their profile . The survey was based on a questionnaire structured with closed-ended questions. Statistical analysis of the collected data showed that the sample experienced moderate to high levels of work-related stress, and a series of correlations were created. The degree of work-related anxiety researched in relation to gender and some dimensions related to age and years of service. Finally, there are some distinctions and correlations with earlier surveys.
