The present thesis with the subject «Tourism in Greece: Creation of a website with the help of the WordPress tool, presenting online information, quantitative data and destinations» aims to provide to the perspective users, necessary as well as useful information visiting the country. These information composed from various destinations, landmarks, statistical data regarding the arrivals during the last years and last multiple historical facts regarding Greece. In order to achieve the above mission, it was needed the creation of a website, in which easily someone navigate as a result to attract the user’s interest. Greece is a country located in the Southern Europe. Athens in the nation’s capital and largest city, followed by Thessaloniki. It is one of the most important historical countries with various destinations and landmarks. The last years, is observed a significant increase of its tourism, something which is leading it one of the most beautiful countries in the world. Consequently, due to increased tourism demand, occasionally different kind of websites have been created, presenting not only the history of Greece but also destinations and landmarks. However so far from the already existing websites, there is no one to conduct research in the evolution of tourism as well as in its increase the recent years
