Through the research of the present project an effort is made for the first time to imprint the Night schools educators' views of Secondary Education in Epirus (Evening High Schools, Evening Lyceums, Evening Vocational Lyceums (EPAL)) both for the factors that shape the school climate of these schools and for the designation of transformational features by the Directors' aspect of these school units. The data collection tool was the questionnaire. The SPSS 20.0 and MS EXCEL 2007 software’s were used to process and statistically analyze the data of the survey. The results of the survey show that the school climate in the researched evening schools is positive and open. Directors indicate significant attributes of transformational leadership. The research is considered important because, as a first survey, it highlights several elements of the Epirus evening schools and its results will be a consignment for further investigations
