| heal.abstract | ΠΕΡΙΛΗΨΗ Είναι πια κοινά αποδεκτός ο σημαντικός ρόλος που διαδραματίζει η επιμόρφωση, ειδικά η ενδοσχολική, στη σύγχρονη εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία, τόσο σε παγκόσμιο, όσο και σε εθνικό επίπεδο. Όλο και περισσότερες χώρες παγκοσμίως προωθούν συνεχώς και με μεγαλύτερο ενδιαφέρον την εισαγωγή επιμορφωτικών προγραμμάτων. Η επιμόρφωση, ενώ είναι πολύ στενά δεμένη με τον εκπαιδευτικό, αφού ενισχύει το έργο του και την ποιότητα των γνώσεων του, εντούτοις τα αποτελέσματά της αντικατοπτρίζονται στους μαθητές, ικανοποιώντας τις ανάγκες τους, τόσο σε γνωσιακό επίπεδο, όσο και σε επίπεδο συμπεριφοράς. Συνεπώς, η επιμόρφωση αποτελεί βασικό παράγοντα για την αναβάθμιση της παρεχόμενης εκπαίδευσης και του εκπαιδευτικού συστήματος γενικότερα. Ειδικότερα, η ενδοσχολική επιμόρφωση φέρνει τους εκπαιδευτικούς πολύ πιο κοντά στις διαδικασίες επιμόρφωσης. Αυτό συμβαίνει γιατί δύο από τα πολύ σημαντικά πλεονεκτήματα που έχει, είναι αρχικά η δυνατότητα που παρέχει στους εκπαιδευτικούς να μην μετακινούνται για να επιμορφωθούν και επιπλέον η κάλυψη των ιδιαίτερων αναγκών κάθε σχολικής μονάδας, οι οποίες τις περισσότερες φορές δεν μπορούν να μπουν μέσα στο ίδιο πλαίσιο αναγκών, ακόμη και σε σχολικές μονάδες του ίδιου νομού. Στο ερευνητικό κομμάτι της παρούσης εργασίας καταγράφονται οι απόψεις εκπαιδευτικών της δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης του Νομού Καβάλας, σχετικά με την ενδοσχολική επιμόρφωση, με απώτερο στόχο και σκοπό τη διερεύνηση εκείνων των παραγόντων που συντελούν στη διαμόρφωση των κατάλληλων συνθηκών για την επιτυχή έκβαση των ενδοσχολικών επιμορφώσεων, αλλά και τον καθορισμό των τρόπων βελτίωσης των ήδη υπαρχόντων συνθηκών. | el |
| heal.abstract | ABSTRACT Nowadays it is commonly accepted that teachers’ education, especially the in-school one, plays an important role in modern educational process, both at global and national levels. More and more countries worldwide are constantly and with greater interest promoting the introduction of training programs of teachers. The training-education is very closely tied to the teacher, since it strengthens his / her work and the quality of his / her knowledge; however, the results are reflected on the students, meeting their needs, both at the cognitive level and at the level of behavior. Consequently, education of teachers is a key factor in upgrading, not only the education provided to the students, but also the education system in general. In particular, the in-school training brings teachers much closer to training methods. This is because two of the very important advantages training education has are the following: first, the ability to provide teachers with the opportunity not to need to travel in order to be educated, and second the ability to meet the special needs of each school, which in most cases can not fit into the same context needs, even if the school units are in the same county. The research part of the present paper deals with the views of secondary education teachers in the Prefecture of Kavala on in-school training education. Its ultimate aim and purpose is to explore those factors that contribute most to the development of the appropriate conditions for the successful outcome of in-school training education and defining ways to improve existing conditions. | en |
