The following thesis is working on the subject of the olive cultivation mainly in Greece. There are two types of this cultivation. The first one is called conventional while the second one biological. Therefore, our aim is to develop and study these two methods and to mention their differences. Lastly, we are mostly referring in the importance of this factor for the lives of people living in the Ilia county.
