This bachelor's thesis is about agrotourismin Greece. Our aim is to explain what rural tourism is, how it started in Greece and how it evolves as a form of tourism. The work consists of four chapters. The first chapter discusses the general conceptual framework, the historical development of tourism and economic activity. The second chapter focuses on the reasons of Development and Formats. The third chapter refers to the Agricultural Association in Greece and mainly at women cooperatives, their activities and the problems they face. The fourth chapter includes Funding Programs and Development of Rural Tourism. The conclusions arising from the work is the most crucial point of work. Well, we will end what is the significance of rural tourism in rural areas, rural family, for the traveler and essentially what it means today.
