In this work, it is presented the construction of an electronic Tic Tac Toe, which its aim is to understand the function and the programming of the microcontroller, in the specific case is the 16F84A, and the function of the program of the electronic Tic Tac Toe. In this game the contestants are trying to create triads of the same colour on a table 3x3, by blocking at the same time the opponent to reach first his goal. Initially a reference in the language of programming assembly takes place and the historic elements of microcontroller. The microcontroller goes through four states, so as to give the best possible answer to the opponent to stop the tic tac toe. Nextly, we talk about for the creation of the first electronic Tic Tac Toe in the word which is called <>. It’s about a machine which was made in 1960 by a young student, which joined after a while a mall in Sydney. Finally, after providing the analysis step by step the construction, mentioned alternatives how could be done better and more contemporary, in order to become even more attractive not only to children but also for adults. Nowadays, this game, is one of the most widespread and favourites of the world.
