The present study aims at investigating the dimension of abusive supervision in the formation of working relations between headmasters and teachers existing in the period of economic recession in primary education. It examines the views of teachers on how the manager does the management of the educational organization, on the working relationships developed between teachers and their superiors, and on the working dimensions of the Greek educational system. In more detail, it examines how school unit managers behave towards their subordinates (teachers) during the period of protracted economic recession. There has been a question of inquiry and three cases. Three factors were divided and following a reliability check the factors with the indexes of reliabitity Cronbach Alpha, if item Deleted, a cluster analysis was carried out for all factors. Finally, logarithmic regression was performed to check whether the independent variable exerts an influence on dependent variables. The results showed that the behavior of School Leaders is influencing the development of relationships with the subordinates. In particular, the majority of directors seem to understand the "unwritten rules" of the efficient working of the workplace, rely on the regulatory framework for work, do not make arbitrary decisions at the expense of the people. In the contrary, the results show that their behavior stimulates the development of relationships with them. It is obvious that abusive supervision is rather avoided at the highest rate.
